New star of the gastronomic scene of Plitvice Valleys

The restaurant of the newly opened family hotel Palcich is a new gastronomic destination of Plitvice Valleys. Its menu is adapted to all ages of guests and includes, among other things, selected fish and meat specialties, risottos and pasta, as well as crepes that are children’s favourite. Palcich hotel is one of the few in the destination that boasts a wine bar offering top-quality wines from various parts of Croatia, which a sommelier carefully pairs with selected cheeses. Cheese in ashes, Pag cheese, and teranino cheese are just some of the delicacies that perfectly round off the wine tastings. The Palcich restaurant is also special for its sumptuous breakfast buffet, where you can taste traditional local specialties such as Lika basa, homemade flatbread, sour milk, and the legendary Plitvice strudel.
