Tears of St. Lawrence – 12 August

The Tears of St. Lawrence or Perseids are a beautiful natural phenomenon which can be observed only from sites with no excessive light pollution, and there is no better place than the top of the Alan hill, far from the city noise and lights. For the first time, we are organising an event that offers you the opportunity to become a part of nature, as well as to witness a performance by the Traumatic Arts association, which will perform an aerial silk and fire show just for you. Do not miss the opportunity to be part of the romantic atmosphere of a warm summer evening, surrounded by complete darkness, where the only light you see is the light of burning torches. We are waiting for you at a completely new event at the Plitvice Valleys!

Programme:

The event begins at the Chapel of the Blessed Virgin Mary (Kapela Blažene Djevice Marije) at 9 p.m., from where we will take a 15-minute walk to the Alan hill. All visitors will be welcomed by finger food and a beverage at the location, followed by the Traumatic Arts association’s performance. The planned duration of the programme is until midnight.
